About Me

I received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I was born in Boston, MA and raised in Puerto Rico. All of my services are also offered in Spanish.

I am married to my college sweetheart. We have 2 young men: our youngest is 19 years old and our oldest is 20 years old. Our 20-year-old son has been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and PANDAS.

I have over 13 years of personal experience, working through the IEP advocacy journey for my son, the community and many families over the years.

Being a special needs parent allows me to connect to my clients, to the community at another level and to be their educational consultant. Through our personal journey, I have learned the do’s and don’ts and the importance of the IEP process.

My role as an IEP Coach/Advocate is to guide you through the process and ensure that you have all of your options to make an informed decision. You are an equal member of the team!

I am an active special needs parent in my community. Each year, I attend a variety of webinars and conferences to continue to learn and educate myself on the new processes, in order to better guide my clients through their educational journey.
